Background
Ron grew up in Cumberland County and has called South Jersey home since he was three years old. He graduated from St. Augustine Preparatory School in 2011, then earned a dual degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia in 2016.
Over the following decade, Ron built his career in public accounting — starting at a small firm in Atlantic County before moving into a tax supervisory role at one of the ten largest accounting firms in the country.
That experience made the decision to go independent an easy one. Large firms have increasingly turned to offshore outsourcing — a choice that helps the firm's margins but does little for the client. Federico & Company was built on the opposite idea: one CPA, working directly with you, year-round.
Outside the Office
When he's not preparing returns, Ron spends his time with his dog, Luna, and with friends and family — along with the occasional electronics or home improvement project.
